THE BUILDING

  1. An elegant 7-storey residence, designed by the award-winning Architects Alliance, on Scollard Street west of Yonge Street.

THE BATHROOMS

  1. Choice of quality cabinetry in a variety of materials and colours as designed by Yabu Pushelberg, from builder’s standard samples.
  2. Choice of marble, slate, limestone, porcelain or ceramic floor tiles from builder’s standard samples.
  3. Choice of marble countertops from builder’s standard samples.
  4. Vanity and porcelain basin in bathrooms, as per plans.
  5. 36” high mirror, width of vanity extending to edge of tub with wall- mounted vanity lighting.
  6. Exhaust fan vented to exterior.
  7. White ceramic accessory package including towel bar, toilet paper holder and soap dish, where applicable.
  8. Pressure balance valve for tub and shower.
  9. White plumbing fixtures.
  10. Extra-deep soaker tub as per plans.
  11. Full height ceramic wall tiles in tub/shower enclosure, where there is no separate shower.
  12. Tile to a height of 24” to be installed over tub where there is a separate shower, as per plans.
  13. Full-height ceramic tile enclosure in separate showers with acrylic base, from builder’s samples, as per plans.
  14. Frameless glass shower door for separate shower only, as per plan.

  3. All suites protected under the Ontario New Home Warranty Program.
  4. Interior design consultation at Great Gulf Homes’ Decor Centre on all finishes and colour packages included in purchase price.
  5. All interior floor and wall finishes. Materials are to be chosen with the assistance of a Great Gulf Interior Design Consultant. All materials and other selections for which the Purchaser is entitled to make a selection are to be chosen from Builder’s samples and are as per Builder’s specifications. Purchaser shall only be entitled to make such selections provided that the items are not already ordered or installed.
